  • Once the courier leaves after the order has been received, the product is considered accepted and cannot be returned or exchanged except in the cases listed below.

  • If the person who placed the order is unavailable, the delivery can be rescheduled. We are not responsible if someone else accepts the order on the customer's behalf.

Return Policy

Returns are not accepted after delivery, except in the following cases:

  • The wrong product, size, or color was sent due to an error on our side.

No returns will be accepted for any other reason after the order has been received.

Size Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are available within 2 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The requested size is available in stock.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or return will not be offered.

Online Payments

For prepaid orders, customers also have the right to inspect the product while the courier is present before accepting the delivery. Once the courier leaves after the order has been received, returns will only be accepted in cases of a manufacturing defect or an order fulfillment error on our side.
